I had an idea for a deck that could be funny if I could figure out how to get it to work right. It has to do with Crypt of Agadeem and cycling creatures. It would have a fair amount of removal in the form of lightning bolts, burst lightning, volcanic fallout, and maybe some terminates. Blighting is just a great card... Maybe fireballs, consume spirits and what not.
I just think it's somewhat original and would be funny to play with if I could build a somewhat decent deck. It also makes all forms of creature removal that other decks use mostly worthless.
I have a red blue burn type deck in mid with some counter spells and twincasts. Pyromancers ascension seems like a solid card in a deck without creatures. Mind spring in combination with runeflare trap would be funny.
Otherwise a mill deck. Archive Trap is ridiculous with all the fetch lands being played. twincast it and ouch.
I also want to throw something together with bloodmancers ascension. red black aggro or burn. I might try to work Sadistic Sacrament into maindeck as it can really screw certain decks. And if you get it late game (not that too many games get to 10 mana) and have bloodmancers in play 15 x 2 = 30 damage to opponent and you gain 30.... lol. Trying to think if there is a way to work this into the Crypt deck.
Anyway.... just throwing some stuff out there. Tell me if any of these sound funny or feasible to you guys.
