necrotic ooze is the funnest card in all of magic imo. the more of this set that gets spoiled the more excited i am to play with it in limited. It looks like it will be nice and slow with huge amazing creature battles.

i'm not sure. "as long as it remains tapped" still checks if you untap it on the stack, i believe. but i think we'll need someone more rules savy to help.
