I have been hearing alot about Pristine Talisman so I decided to try my own hand at a control deck with it in it. And what better place for an artifact than with Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas. Here is the first decklist that came to mind, feel free to make any suggestions.

Lands:
4 Darkslick Shores
4 Drowned Catacombs
8 Swamp
8 Island

Creatures:
2 Consecrated Sphinx

Instant:
4 Mana Leak
3 Go for the Throat
1 Doom Blade
4 Grim Affliction

Sorcery:
4 Tezzeret's Gambit

Artifact:
4 Pristine Talisman
4 Sphere of the Suns
4 Tumble magnet
4 Shrine of Piercing Vision

Sideboard:
4 Ichor Wellspring
2 Wurmcoil Engine
2 Myr Battlesphere
4 Dissapate
3 Sorin's Thirst

Seems like a good idea. I will be testing it out, putting 4 Spines in for 4 Shrines, 4 Cores for 2 of each basic.

4 seems really ambitious. I ran it as a 1 of back in the day and was pleased. I wouldn't go above 2, but I had zilch for ramp.

I will continue playtesting with 1 to 4 of them to see which number would be most beneficiary to the deck.
