Do you really think it is even that good? I mean rite of flame, seething song, and arcane ritual are all out of extended now, so I don't think this thing alone is going to be able to fuel dragonstorm in the new extended or anything, and it only nets you one R. Then again, ritual type cards just get better in numbers, so if anymore get printed it may become more powerful. As it stands, I don't think that's really that great.

i do think a turn 2 hell's thunder is annoying.
it also further fuels the kiln fiend shenanigans.
